I went to Carson's birthday party last week. I didn't get any cake, but I did get to play with Carson's new toys.

I'm 9 months old!

My 9 month birthday is celebrated with hiking, playing and a trip to the beach. Check it out!

We went on a hike to Greenwater lakes with Greg and Theresa. What a nice day for fall color.

We went to the ocean for Dad's birthday. I got tuckered out on our walk and fell asleep in my pack. Otis napped with me.

A chili pepper at the pumpkin patch

Today we went to the pumpkin patch for Halloween fun. I was masquerading as a chili pepper, to the delight of all onlookers. Unfortunately, I've been hitting the mac-n-cheese a little hard lately so my costume has the look of 10 pounds of feed in a 5 pound sack. Still, I could hardly be any cuter! I got to play with pumpkins, ride the tractor and watch the big kids on the monster truck ride and corn maze. Later I played with my puppy, like I always do.

Animals! animals! animals!

Mom and Dad took me to the wildlife park last weekend. I discovered more than animals that day. Now I understand what a "camera" is and how to behave when it's pointed at me! You'll notice now in every photo I am sporting a cheesy grin.

8 Month Update

I'm 8 months old today! I can't tell you how big I am because Mom lost the scale (on purpose?). I am heavy enough to give her a backache. That's okay... I'll be walking soon. Here's what I've been up to!
